Experience matters, but not because it supplies one answer for every client. It gives Damian the judgement to look carefully, listen properly and shape an appointment around the individual in the chair.
The starting point is always the same: your hair as it is now, the result you want, and how much time you want to give it afterwards. From there, every cut, colour and treatment has a reason.

My career began at Trevor Sorbie in Covent Garden and went on to take me into London’s fashion and editorial world, where I had the opportunity to work alongside some extraordinary people and with celebrities, high profile clients and private individuals who value experience and discretion.

My career has included fashion shows, editorial and advertising campaigns, as well as working in some of London’s leading salons and creative environments, places where precision, adaptability and attention to detail really matter.

Over the years, that experience has taught me something important: great hair isn’t about following a formula. It’s about understanding the person in front of you, what suits you, how your hair behaves, how you live with it, and having the experience to know what will really work.
